Woodborough Hall is truly one of the most beautiful venues in Nottinghamshire and a special venue for that perfect day for both you and all the guests you wish to share an unforgettable experience with. We are able to cater for every individual need and personal requirement from an intimate family gathering to a large evening reception.
We specialise in both wedding ceremonies and receptions. We would always suggest that you make an appointment before coming to see us, so that we can show you around our beautiful hall ourselves and also take the time to answer your individual questions and discuss all possible options available to you
The owners and the staff here at Woodborough Hall all want to cater for your unique individual needs, so as part of our exclusive Wedding Hire Package you will have your very own independent wedding planner included to ensure that your day is just perfect at every step along the way, so you can relax and enjoy it to the full.
Ceremony
We are licensed to hold both civil wedding ceremonies and civil partnerships enabling us to cater for every individual need and requirement from an intimate family gathering to a large evening reception.
We can hold a maximum of 80 people for the ceremony and are registered with Basford Registry Office:
Please note couples wishing to be married here should first check with the superintendent registrar that their preferred date is available
For weddings of more than 70 guests you will be able to have exclusive access to all of the Hall
Minimum numbers for exclusive hire:
We are an extremely popular choice for weddings, and therefore ask that you meet our minimum numbers as set out below, when hiring the hall exclusively
Daytime / Evening
Friday & Saturday 70 Adults / 90 Adults
Sunday to Thursday 50 Adults / 70 Adults
However out of season we may be able to be more flexible with the above, so please contact us about your specific requirements.
